Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, broadcast, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content; scrape or harvest data from the platform by automated or manual means; or use the BP9 name, logo, or brand marks in any manner without prior written consent from the Operator.
BP9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By registering and using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that document.
BP9 uses Player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consented to — marketing communications. Player data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

In jurisdictions where certain exclusions of liability are not permissible, BP9's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BP9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, save where a material change affecting Players' rights or obligations is proposed, in which case a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice will be provided via a prominent platform banner or email communication to registered accounts.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Reviewed" date (displayed at the top of this page) constitutes the current binding agreement. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure via support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BP9's operating entity is incorporated, as referenced in the platform's licensing documentation.
Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, Players are required to first contact BP9's support team in writing, providing full details of the complaint. BP9 will acknowledge the complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within twenty-eight (28) business days.
If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism designated by BP9's licensing authority. Details of this mechanism are available on request from the support team.
